We only accept returns if an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the incorrect style was shipped.
Timeframe: Returns for defective or incorrect items must be requested within 14 business days from the shipped date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and labels.
Exchange or Store Credit: Approved defective or incorrect item returns will be issued an exchange for the same style or store credit.
Non-eligible Returns: If 14 days have passed since your item was shipped, we cannot offer an exchange or store credit.

Once we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be written on the original packaging before shipping the return.
RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
